  1. Was advised by my doctor to look into getting an orthopedic mattress due to recurring back pains but I’ve always preferred softer bedding. Its easier said than done because they tend to cost a lot more and it seems counter productive to spend more for a less comfortable bed. However the Amsterdam Ortho from SIlentnight ticked the boxes and wasn’t particularly expensive for a mattress. After a fortnight I think I’m noticing some improvements but too early to say for definite
